Barre Blend

Barre Blend is Holistic Movements unique take on barre workouts, which is a mixture of toning, flexibility and balance work done standing at the ballet barre with all the core strengthening benefits of Pilates matwork. We take a mindful apporach to this new workout trend, ensuring safety and fast results.

Yogalates

A relaxing mixture of classic Pilates matwork with gentle Hatha Yoga postures and breathwork, our Yogalates class is great for increasing flexibility, quieting the mind and fostering a sense of relaxation. Class ends with a relaxing Savasana.

Reformer on the Mat

A Holistic Movements signature, Reformer on the Mat takes exercises usually reserved for Pilates' most popular piece of equipment, the reformer, down to the mat, making the reformer exercises accessable and affordable for everyone.
